Cancellation Policy

PROM SESSION TERMS & CONDITIONS BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. The deposit applies toward your remaining balance. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival before the shoot begins no exceptions. Clients are strongly encouraged to submit final payment before arrival to avoid cutting into scheduled shoot time. Session time will not begin until payment is received. All sales are final. REFUND POLICY There are NO refunds under any circumstances, Even if you cancel your session. The only exception is weather-related issues that qualify for a Rain Check Credit. Rain Check Credits: Are not refunds Hold no cash value Cannot be exchanged or transferred RAIN CHECK & WEATHER POLICY If rain or unsafe weather conditions occur, clients will receive a Rain Check Credit. Rain Check Credit may be used to: Reschedule the same outdoor session, or Apply toward another outdoor shoot. If rain is expected to stop, session time may be adjusted the same day, subject to availability. Rain Check Credits must be used within 90 days of the original session date. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated with extra time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in reduced deliverables or be considered a no-show. CREATIVE DIRECTION & DELIVERABLES Creative direction, posing, and guidance are included. Image selection and final edits are at the photographer’s discretion. Raw footage and unedited images are not provided. USAGE & COPYRIGHT Photographer retains full copyright. Client receives personal-use rights only. Images may be used for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes. LIABILITY Client assumes responsibility for personal safety, attire, and belongings. Photo Jam Atl is not liable for weather conditions, location restrictions, or circumstances beyond control.
